Due to the perishable nature of flowers and personalized arrangements, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was promised, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos — we’re happy to make it right.
🔄 Replacements & Adjustments
We may offer a partial or full replacement or store credit in the following cases:

- Incorrect product delivered
